The Doctor is the name of several fictional characters in the Wildstorm Universe.
==Doctor lineage==
The Doctors are a lineage of people who, since the dawn of humanity, have been chosen by the Earth itself to protect it as the Earth's shaman and are granted magical abilities part of the position. Each Doctor inherits the position the second their predecessor dies. When a Doctor dies, their souls join the Garden of Ancestral Memory, a spiritual realm that is home to the souls of previous Doctors, where they can be visited by the current Doctor and advise them.
